Cart id was removed from post. Please, do not post the cart id when posting the URL to the store.

I'm new to the Agora Cart set up. I am attempting to add products, but when I add them, they don't seem to follow any format. I want to get them side by side. What do I change in order to accomplish this? Here is the link: http://sycamorefireandsafety.com/shop/agora.cgi?product=Lighting
Thanks!

When you post URLs, you can take the CartID out. =)

Have you changed the productpage.inc file at all? Or downloaded/uploaded it? It looks like it was edited, and the table structure got screwed up somewhere. If you edited or uploaded, the upload needs to be in ASCII mode or else things like this can happen.

In your html/html-templates directory, find the ProductPage-2a.inc file, and rename it ProductPage.inc; see if that helps.

mattman9413,
First thing I see id that your store URL is breaking the "2 dot rule".
In the store manager change the store URL to:
http://www.sycamorefireandsafety.com/shop/agora.cgi

The www. at the beginning satisfies the "2 dot rule".

Next, I am seeing that you are self serving images, but your store is being run outside the cgi-bin. Therefore, set self serve images to "no" in the manager.

How did you create your option files? They look kinda strange in the source code...

Other than these things, I cannot find anything out of the ordinary with the productPage.inc file.

Fix the 2 things I mention, first, then, if it is still not fixing it, try installing the store to the cgi-bin and setting things up there.
Another thing is that you can talk with your webhost. Something I did find strange is that html got interpreted when I tried pulling up a URL of the ppinc file:
http://www.sycamorefireandsafety.com/shop/html/html-templates/productPage.inc
It should have only brought up the straight code from the as if it were a text file, but instead it interpreted the incomplete html in the file.

HTH!

also, when I edit things on the store manager for the cart display...it doesn't change! I.e. the table width, colors, cell padding/spacing...

These are all red flags that your web host has done something...
Definitely talk to them...
