Post categories 
is there any way to specify two categories for the same product, if so how can i do this?

No, you would need to add the product to the database twice. Once in 1 category and once in the other.

Post Adding Categories 
I would like to know how to add categories and how to edit those categories that are in the application once it is loaded. Can I receive some assistance please?

Categories are created based on the products in the database.
So, you need to edit your products in the Product Edit manager...
