shopping cart works but manager.cgi does not

Post shopping cart works but manager.cgi does not 
Did a clean install and now the shopping cart works but the manager does not:

I get the following message:

Error loading library ./protected/store_css_design-ext_lib.pl:

Too many arguments for open at ./protected/store_css_design-ext_lib.pl line 91, near ""$mc_css_file_path$stylename")" Too many arguments for open at ./protected/store_css_design-ext_lib.pl line 96, near ""$tempURLthingyForTemplates")"

Please fix the error and try again.

What did you do right after installing the cart?
You might need to delete the new install and reinstall...

Post shopping cart works but manager.cgi does not 
Everytime I do an install using the install script I get a success message and then go to log onto the manager.cgi page I get the same message. If I delete all and do a manual install I get the same message. deleted and reinstalled 2 times still get

I've never heard of them, but I think you might be paying too much for your hosting...
I can't even see what their hosting packages support...
You can try to install to the cgi-bin...
I've installed this on countless servers without any problems, so I'm thinking that there might be something goofy with the hosting...
