You can look in the store files to find your backup v4 files, but there might not be a way to revert.
I never use the upgrader for this very reason. I have also found that the upgrader will often cause more headaches.
Since the 2 versions v4.x & v5 are so different, I always suggest doing a clean, fresh install of v5. Then, you can have your old store still taking orders while you learn your way around v5.
For text input options in v5, the options security needs to be turned off in the manager.
Currently, it appears that your agora.cgi file is not chomd to 755, you will need to check on that.
