Funny, your store isn't doing that for me...
However, you have an upgrade store which can be problematic.
I never suggest that one uses the upgrader as problems do arise from using it.
I always suggest that you do a fresh install of v5 and then transfer things from there.
Still, I am not seeing the decimal thingy hapening, I am getting an error.
Can you detail exactly what you are doing that you can get it to add to the cart?
