where to add UPS Registration?

Post where to add UPS Registration? 
In the SBW shipping module, it states: NOTE: Using the UPS interface requires that you be REGISTERED and accept the LICENSE AGREEMENT. I did that, now what? Is there a place I need to enter that information, how does Agoracart know that I registered and accepted the license agreement?

UPS XML is only available in the Pro Version of AgoraCart...

What does the UPS XML do different than what is in AgoraCart 4 which I'm using? Is using the xml version a necessity for using UPS realtime to come up with correct shipping?

UPS in version 4 & version 5.0 doesn't need any kind of username or password...
Pro Version 5.1 UPS XML requires signing up with UPS to use the XML API.

Only USPS in v4 requires a username. Even though there is a field for a password, it is no longer used so that field should be left blank.
