How do I remove the Quantity box from the product page?

Hi,
I'd like to remove the quantity box from the product page, and assume the value to always be "1". For the type of store I'm setting up (selecting apartments to inquire about) it would never make sense to enter anything other than "1" in the quantity box.

I've tried changing
local ($suppress_qty_box)='';
to
local ($suppress_qty_box)='1';
in agora_html_lib.pl, but when I do that, the "add to cart" button doesn't add the selection to the cart at all.

Any suggestions?

The place to edit is in the agora.setup.db file...
Code:
$sc_default_qty_box_html =
'<input type=text name="%%itemID%%" size="3" maxlength="4" value="%%qty%%">';


Edit it to create a "hidden" field, like:

'<input type="hidden" name="%%itemID%%" value="%%qty%%">';

One more thing I'd like to hide (but I don't find it in the agora.setup.db file (or anywhere else):

Since this site is for people to inquire about apartments, it doesn't make sense to have any type of payment. I've got things set up so that it allows mailed payment, but I'd like to hide the checkout page line
"Do You Wish To Mail Your Payment (check, money order):" and the radio button, and have it default to having having the radio button selected.

I can see that the variable is Ecom_Payment_Card_Type and the value is MailedFunds, but I don't know where to set this to hidden with the default value.

Where can I do this?

You will need to make the field a hidden one.
That is coded in the Offline-orderform.html file.
