"ADD ITEM TO CART"

"ADD ITEM TO CART"

The image to ADD THE ITEM TO THE CART is not showing up on my page.
I click on the box with a red X and it says "We're sorry, an error has occured. Please hit the browser back button, change what was done in error, and try again. " at the top of the page.
The item is added to the cart.

Any ideas for a newbie?

What is the URL to your store.
What version are you using?
If you are using v5, how did you install v5? Was it an upgrade?

Sorry I did not include all the information needed.

I am stil trying to figure out the program so it is not much.

The install was an upgrade from version 4. I never ran anything, just installes version 4 from my hosting service and then turned around and upgraded it to version 5 from Agoracart.com

--Also another question...when I add a product and set the price to say $130.00 it charges $1130. Any ideas where I went wrong?

Jeremy,
Uninstall the cart and do a fresh, clean install of v5.
Make sure you pay attention to the "SUCCESS!!" page after the install...
Here's a link to a sample of the page which shows which managers you need to set up first:

Also, make sure you set the following, too:
Tax Settings: Set "Enable Non-Taxable Products" to "No"
Shipping Settings: Set "Use Alternate Origins" to "No" Set "Enable Dimensions in Product Database?" to "No"
