First, I use AgoraCart Store Manager ver 5.0.000 and the Gateway is LinkpointConnect.
Lately, I've had several orders come through with only one email with the subject "AgoraCart - LinkpointConnect Order xxxxxx". When this happens, I do NOT get the other emails (one from the Gateway, the Receipt, etc). The one email I do get looks like all the others except STATUS: DUPLICATE. For example:

Any idea why this is happening every few orders? All the other orders are fine.
