Post PayPal Gateway Looping Problem.
Hello there,

Im have a few problems setting up the PayPal Gateway:

http://kshaudio.co.uk/store5/agora.cgi

Once you have added the item to the cart, and gone to checkout it loops.

This is the first time I have used this so im lost. Sad

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thank you in advance.

David,
You have 2 issues happening with your PayPal-orderform.html file.

#1
You are missing a bit of code that is required in the file. This code is detailed on the front page when you log into the store manager. The following thread covers that:
http://www.agoraguide.com/faq/viewtopic.php?t=4370

#2
It appears that the PayPal-orderform.html file was NOT uploaded in ASCII mode.
When you add in the bit of code required, make sure that you force the upload in ASCII mode.

Remember to always download/upload files to be edited in ASCII mode.
Do not edit files directly on the server and always make a backup of the known working file *before* editing the file.

HTH!

Thank you I will have a go at that.

It appears my FTP client is broken then, as I read your post somewhere else about that and uploaded with the ASCII mode enabled.
Just incase the backup is also damaged, is there a good place to get just this file?

Thank you for your help, some forums it takes an age to get a good response.

*Edit*
That seems to have done something, i now get this when i click button instead of loop

You forgot to fill in Email.

You forgot to fill in .

You forgot to fill in .

You forgot to fill in Shipping Address Street.

You forgot to fill in Shipping Address City.

You forgot to fill in Shipping Address Country.

You forgot to fill in Sales-Terms of Service.

I assume this means i need to just add the fields to the first form?

David,
Just download the AgoraCart5_0.tgz file from the Download link so that you can have a copy of the original v5 files on your local computer.
BTW, I just realized that the PayPal-orderform.html file you have is NOT for v5.
You need a copy of those original files so that you get the correct PayPal gateway files....

HTH!

Thank you for that, I have done that now.

Going to sort the form options for shipping now so hopefully it all will work.

Very Happy
