Hi

I have set the question in the payment gateway to ready to go live, when when it gets to the 2Checkout payment page it is still iin Demo mode. My 2Checkout account is generally active and working for other things. Have I got something wrong or is there any thing else I should do to get it out of demo mode?

There is a setting that has tyo be made at 2checkout for the cart to be live also. I don't recall exactly how it's worded, but it seems it was something like "Use shopping cart".

Yes, I have a found in the admin section an area called shopping Cart, which would seem appropriate, and you have to take that out of demo mode.

It does not just refer to their cart, which I have assumed.

Glad to hear you got it working. I ran into the same problem when I set up 2checkout several months ago. They don't make it clear that the setting pertains to using an external cart. I'll have to see if I can throw together a short tutorial.

I'm having the same problem, and can't seem to locate this setting to take the cart out of demo mode. could you please send me some specifics on where this is.

Never mind, I found the answer. I was looking in the Agora Cart Settings, which was the wrong place. In my Authorize.net account, there's a setting to turn test Mode OFF, that solved the problem I was having where a "DEMO MODE" banner was being displayed on my secure page.
