Just click the "Post Reply" button at the bottom....
What is the URL to your store?

You've got a lot of html coding errors in your headers/footers and other locations...
These issues may be part of the problem. The store URL is incorrect, it needs the www. at the beginning. Make sure that the URL set in the Primary/Core Settings is the same as is in the Offline Payment Gateway Settings.

You gotta remove the following from that box in the manager:
Code:<center><img src="http://bodyguardidtags.net/store5/html/images/logo.gif"><font size
="8">Bodyguardidtags<img
src="http://bodyguardidtags.net/store5/html/images/logo.gif"></center>
<br>
It is incorrect coding...

As a side note... Your hosting mail server may be slow at sending emails. I did a test purchase yesterday and I just got the confirmation email this morning... only about 9 hours later... it does look like it was held up in the hosting's email server...
Did the order get logged? The customer would have been "test tester".

i supposed had to be replaced with your own index.html since the rest of the store is inside store5 folder and not on the root.

No, only the index.html file in the 'store5/html' directory needed to be replaced or edited...

No, You can go to the download page and snag the .tgz file for the version you have and unzip onto your local computer. You will then have copies of all of the default files for your version.
