Perhaps... I'm already going to purchase a lifetime gold membership... so donating probably isn't necessary... perhaps I'll require some paid assistance in the next month when I run into a serious problem or a special request from management that I cannot handle.

Post I don't think their Tech support is available any longer 
I sent payment for Gold Membership and also payment for Priority Tech Support when my store went down on Monday morning and still have not been able to get anyone to contact me. I sent emails to both of all 3 of the emails I was able to locate on the site. Not sure what to do at this point. I was just reading through this forum to see if there were any current posts from the folks who run Agoracart. If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. I don't know if Imissed somethign or what!

Roxanne... did you contact Mister Ed? I'd recommend sending him a PM... find one of his posts, and at the bottom, click on PM.

I purchased my gold membership last week and it was only 3 days before I received my login info and welcome email... so you're overdue. Hopefully today?

One question, did you receive a "Thank You For Your Order" confirmation email sometime after you paid?

You'll be helped very soon I'm sure.
