When editing after hitting "Submit"

Post When editing after hitting "Submit" 
In the product mgr, after editing and I hit the submit button it is taking a long time
to refresh and when it does I get...
Internet Explorer cannot display the web page
so i refresh it then the agora manager main screen comes up.

I read on an earlier post that it was suggested to update modules, so I did that but it doesn't show up
on the update page that anything was updated, even with the msg "Success" .
I looked in my files on server and does show updated dates on files when looking at
my files threw or with ftp.
So that didn't help, anyway is there something that is causing this?

It is just the server "timing out".
Just go back to the product and make sure that the product was updated.

Also, check the Shipping Settings Manager. The "Use Alternate Origins?" setting should be set to "NO" unless you are drop shipping from multiple locations.
Another thing, check in the 'data_files' directory for the "shipping_dimension.file", it should be an empty file, but it needs to be there. If it has any content in it, download it, in ASCII mode and delete all of the contents. The reupload, in ASCII mode.
If you see a 'shipping_dimensions.file.lock' file in there, delete it.
These may be causing the 'timeout' issue.

the shipping demension file has this in it

and the file is 3.75MB How can it be that big if its empty?
I also just deleted the the shipping demension file_locked

Fix the things I mentioned and the problem should go away...
Like I said, if it is not empty, clear the file of all contents and reupload the file in ASCII mode.
