I'm sorry, I do need help and I didn't mean to not be clear enough. I'm sure it must be a challenge working with a beginner.
I am using the Angoracart 4.0 version. I found this in the manual:
Product Image Name
Enter the product image name that will be used to show off your product to shoppers. Make sure you get the case correct, as well as add the extension type (.gif, .jpg, .png, etc). If the case for the graphic extension or file name is not correct, you image will not show up in in your store. If you are using a store layout that does not use images, skip this step. If you do not enter an image name, a default image (no image available) will automatically appear if your store has image layouts for products.
I believe this is what I was doing wrong. I had left it blank because I did not know what to put in it and so it defaulted to the no image available. To be honest I still do not know exactly what to fill that box in with. THe next step is to browse and select a photo and I know how to do that...is that information what I use to fill in the product image name?
I do not know my store URL, I don't think that it is hooked up yet. A freind of mine will be setting up my website slowly in her spare time and I just thought that I could get a start on the cart and add products now, and then she could link the cart and the page (that has not been created yet) together. Is this possible?
So Sorry to be a bother. I am an ectreme beginner to all of this.
