Howdy Agorians, I have a shipping conundrum. Setting up a shopping cart for back issues of comic books. I would like to charge $.50 shipping per comic ordered, with a price break for larger orders. If someone orders 12 comics, shipping is $4.50.
So,
1)How to calcualte shipping by quantity?
2) How to Modify shipping at 12, 25, and 100 issues?

You would use custom shipping logic for shipping by quantity.
The shipping logic fields represent the following:
shipping method|total amount range|Quantity Range|Weight Range|Shipping charge

Yes, very helpful. I get the structure of the shipping logic now. I have a question about the Shipping Method area.

Essentially, I want to have two different sets of shipping prices, one for US & Canada, one for International. How do I offer these to the user? That is, how do I allow the shopper to indicate he will need domestic or international shipping rates added to his order?

Shipping costs are as follows:

US + Canada Shipping and Handling

1 Issue - $2.00
2-3 Issues = $3.00
4-6 Issues - $4.00
7-10 Issues = $5.00
10-20 Issues = $6.00
21-30 = $7.00
30-50 Issues = $10.00
50+ Issues = $15.00

International

1-4 Issues = $10.00
5-8 Issues = $15.00
9-15 Issues = $18.00
15-25 Issues = $21.00
Each Additional 10 adds $5.00

The simple way would to create drop-down selections for the ShipTo_Method that would have options:
"US & Canada" & "International" for the value you can set them to something like "namerica" & "international".

Then have the values match the method in the shipping logic.

You need to make the alterations in the orderform.
Find the areas that deal with the shipping method and you should get the idea.
