AgoraCart version 5.2.000, the popular AgoraCart Open Source ecommerce storefront platform, is now available. Currently it is for new store installs only. Files for update via the update manager will come later.

Enhanced features include:

- search engine aware URLs, speed enhancements in dynamic category building and creation of cart session files.

- 50+ new database fields have been added for customization of order management and future expansion of the AgoraCart order management modules.

- New codehooks and sub-routine overrides have been added to the payment processing gateway modules so that designers and programmers can customize the order emails, screens, and logging by sections needed, allowing for updates to these files without losing the changes.

- Button set and Templates/skins installer.

- Cleaner interface for file updates. Only those that you are allowed to install show and/or show an install button.

- Payment gateway installer/deleter. Now you can install or delete current gateways, as a full operation or only on files you select. It will even install the order _lib.pl file for your favorite gateway in the add_ons directory so you can use it as a secondary gateway.

- A new and cleaner look for the web based manager also come with version 5.5.001
