Remove shipping methods and international shipping

Post Remove shipping methods and international shipping 
Edited "2checkout-orderform.html" , removed most shipping methods and everything that relates to international shipping on the html file on the server directly (did not download, edit and upload form again).

The problem is that the changes are not showing up. All the old shipping methods and international options are still showing!

Puzzled?

The problem is that you didn't download, edit, upload...
Editing the file directly is a big no-no.... Especially from the cpanel or vdeck tools.

You probably didn't make a backup of the file before editing it, either?
You will need to obtain an fresh copy of the cart files to have on your local computer to serve as backup files.
