Post inventory / stock check 
I have a quick question. I see a lot of database questions & product questions. I have not been able to figure out if there is a way to keep track of inventory.

I need to know if this is possible in agoracart.
All I need to do is enter the quantity in stock & when some one buys , then automatic decrement the quantity in stock.
Also if some one tries to buy over the limit ( 4 in stock & some one trying to buy 8 ) I need a message displayed " qty in stock is 4. if u wish u can backorder it and so on .... "

I desperately need help!!

So pls HELP!!

this topic has been covered in the pro forum... there is a temp fix... in which you enter in a stock total... then on each order the total is dec..... i believe if is is below 0 then a messages is displayed.... but for more info you'll have to become a pro member...

hell-o
the lifetime member's hack works. it's not complete where it actually removes the product. it allows for a message or a display of qty in stock so the client should know whether or not it is available.
the new mysql version should handle inventory just fine. release date for this version is still unknown but hopefully will be soon.
