Hello,

I am assisting a company with their website, but really have no experience with Agora Cart past a couple of hours of familiarization. Yesterday we instituted a site-wide sale at www.GraceNotes.com, running Agora Cart 5.5.005. I lowered the prices on everything and all was working fine. They got a number of orders yesterday. Today, at the point of the shipping calculation, things have started to go wrong - we're receiving the following error:

UPS module error: shipping cost not determined!
Please use your 'Make Changes' button and correct
any fields as required and try again.
Please contact the site administrator ASAP if error continues

I've seen this error pop up in the forum but I haven't yet seen it where it suddenly stopped working like this. I have not made a single change to the website since yesterday (when everything worked perfectly), nor has anyone else - the shipping module has just spontaneously failed.

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Does the shipping module need to be reset or something? Is it on my end that it's erroring out or is it a UPS thing? I really have no idea where to start looking for the problem. I would really really appreciate any help as this sale is a limited time thing and people are trying to place orders as we speak, but it's all erroring out for them.

To follow up - problem fixed - I guess it was a problem on UPS's web server or something. Whatever it was, it's working now.

Please note that whenever you are posting for help on a Gold version store, which v5.5 is, you need to post in the Gold Member's Forum...
