Hi there,

I am the webmaster for a site run by Agora Cart, www.GraceNotes.com. They offer UPS shipping and now want to offer FedEx as well. When I logged in and tried to add it, I was told that I had to be a pro member. Is this the same as a Gold member? I've been told that ours is a gold account already.

I'm just not sure and nobody at the Grace Notes company knows too much about the website (it was put together over 5 years by a number of different people) - I just have to get it going.

Any advice would be wonderful!

Currently there is not a FedEx module available for AgoraCart, not even AgoraCart Gold...

Thanks for your reply. I would like to set up custom shipping logic for FedEx options then, and I'm going to poke around the forum a bit to see how. As best as I can figure, it would be set up something like this...

fedex_ground|||0-1|3.00

(To set a ground package up to 1 pound in weight as 3 dollars)

Does this look about right?

Yep, that is about right. But, you will want to do your weights with decimals so that it is more accurate. Especially if your weights are in decimals, as well.
