I am sorry if I am repeating a question that has been asked before. I read various posts about editing the relevant pages to remove shipping options that are not needed.
In our case, we don't really ship anything. Folks pay for training workshops that we offer in our organization. I suppose they can choose 'electronic delivery,' but it is not quite accurate. Nothing is being shipped, so including a shipping section is confusing to our users. Even if I set the setting to not charge shipping, shipping is still listed. I don't want to get rid of shipping completely in the forms because it could be that in the future, we'll need this functionality if we do sell other items in our AgoraCart store. BTW - We are running ver 5.2.005, if it helps.
Is there a way to disable / hide the shipping options for 'electronic delivery' items only? I can't find any admin controls for this, so perhaps it's not possible.
What are our options? I guess if we can't disable shipping selectively, how can we disable it completely (without losing the ability to bring it back later)?
Also, in the checkout screen, I see a note under MISC, "Discount Code: Storewide Sale going on. No other discounts can be applied." Where can this be removed?
