Custom Shipping Logic isn't working

Post Custom Shipping Logic isn't working
Hi all:

I'm trying to apply a flat S&H charge to increasing levels of $ amount purchases, i.e., $4.95 for total purchases between $1 and $10, et al. I can get the charges to display, and I know I'm missing something. Does this look right for custom shipping logic?

# Custom Shipping Logic Example
# Ship based on the total order.
# $1-$29.99 is 3.95, $30-59.99 is 4.95, etc.:
# Code does not force exit, so handling charge will be added!
@sc_shipping_logic = ( "|1-20.00|||4.95",
"|20.01-30.00|||5.95",
"|30.01-40.00|||6.95",
"|40.01-50.00|||7.95",
"|50.01-75.00|||10.95",
"|75.01-100.00|||12.95",
"|100.01-150.00|||14.95",);
$shipping_price = &calculate_shipping($temp_total,
$total_quantity, $total_measured_quantity);
$shipping_logic_done = "yes"; # forces exit, no handling charge added

I've turned on custom logic and turned off SBW.

Tyhanks in advance!

Eric

Does it work? If it does then it is fine.

Hi Bonnie:

That's the problem...I can't get it to show up in either the online cart contents or the order & confirmation email. The form field name I assigned shows up, but the amount is zero each time I test it.

Things that make you go hmmmm..

Am I missing a setting somewhere that shows the resulting calculation in both the cart contenst and the emails?

Thanks in advance again!

Eric
