While I'm thinking about it here are two questions...
My company ships only to the US via USPS and normally covers First Class Mail charges (our markup usually covers it well enough). If a customer wants Priority or Express Mail, they pay for that. I've set up Agora so First Class shipping is set to NUL and Priority and Express charges are calculated using USPS API. It works great. However..first class shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is much more than the other 48 states.
Question #1 - Is it possible to have no shipping costs for all states except Hawaii and Alaska? They could just have a standard rate.
Question #2 - When we've tried to get the First Class Mail charges in the past, we got an error message from USPS...the API wouldn't accept a First Class inquiry. Has this changed? Any ideas for a workaround?
