Sorry that last sentence should have said I don't see a button for paypal members can pay without using their credit cards.

I choose paypal as the primary gateway,
allow mult gateways NO
replace order form tags YES
blanked out the ssl link,
and under paypal I put in our paypal email address but still get

My site is set up for offline payments only and I would like to go to paypal only. Are there any files I have to edit or move other than the changes you make in the management settings?
