where I can find the record of the 1st login account,
or how can I reset the admin account ?

You weren't at all clear exactly what your problem is, but have to guess you can't login to the Store Manager. If you did a new install or upgrade try the default
user name: manager
pw: admin

If that isn't your problem you will need to specify which version you are using.

Post I forgot my 1st account & p/w ! 
When we want to mange the agora cart system, we have to run the manger.cgi, and then the system will pop up a dialog let me keyin the account and p/w.
......the problem is, I forgot ! so, is there any way I can find it ?

hell-o
try the user/pass you use to login to cpanel. if that doesn't work then log into cpanel and go to storefoldername/protected/htaccess and view the file. the password may be encrypted (can't remember) if it is maybe the user name will jog your memory. if it doesn't then just delete the file and create another one.
