500 Internal Server Error

Post 500 Internal Server Error 
Ive uploaded the TAR & TGZ files together and separately via binary and the installation files together and separatley to the server in ascii mode.

When i try to run the install file it gives me a 500 Internal Error. When i expand the files locally and then upload I get the same error.

Godaddy.com is the hosting provider and they swear that all permissions and such are correct and that this is a scripting issue. ANYONE please help.

Make sure that you upload the installtgz.cgi file in ASCII mode and chmod to 755.
Upload the agoracgi.tgz file in BINARY and chmod to 755.

When uploading manually you need to make sure that permissions are all set properly based on the settings presented at:
