I moved my store to a new ISP.
It seems to be working now.

I uploaded the data.file and that seems to be ok with all the products etc.

Can I upload my old program settings files etc.

Can you tell me which files they are?

You should be able to...
admin_files (all files)
library/agora.setup.db

after uploading your agora_user.lib file you will need to log into the manager and reset the urls at the least. other things maybe emails or anything linked with a full http path.
after uploading the gateway-user.lib file(s) you use you may have to make adjustments in your gateway settings as well.
