Can't login in after Ver. 5 Upgrade??

Can't login in after Ver. 5 Upgrade??

I've followed the instruction for installation of the Version 5 upgrade and, after logging in and setting up the "main store settings" my product pages stopped displaying. Couldn't figure out what was wrong and logged out. Tried to log back in and now getting the following error:

Error loading library ./protected/misc/mgr_miscmain.pl:

./protected/misc/mgr_miscmain.pl did not return a true value at (eval 14) line 1.

Please fix the error and try again.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't do anything now!! Please help!!

How did you upgrade?
You don't really 'upgrade', you do a fresh install and then transfer your data.file to the new store.
If you had customize the layout of the old store from the default layout, you would need to then, transfer the header & footer files and rename them to the .html extension.

I followed the following instructions found in the User Manual:

Migrating your store from 4.0 to 5.0
From The AgoraCart Project
Simple Migration Steps

1. Download the upgrader file HERE

2. Once you download the .zip file to your pc you need to unzip the file you downloaded.

3. Upload the resulting upgrade4kto50.cgi file to your web server in the folder that has the Agora.cgi file.
NOTE: Make sure the file you uploading was in ACII mode with 755 permissions.

4. Load the upgrade4kto50.cgi file in your web browser and follow the steps.

I opened the cgi file and followed step 1, then logged out and tried to log back in. Now I can't access any (agoracart) pages??
