having more issues with design - help needed

OK, here's the deal. I'm trying to make this page:

Look like this page:

As you can see, even though I've copied and pasted my HTML code into the productPage.inc file, it all looks messed up. How can I get that table background white and aligned properly? I have been messing around, changing every possible background color to #FFFFFF, to no avail. Furthermore, everything seems shifted to the right 70 pixels, and my left hand menu isn't "coming down" all the way.

1. You must remove this info from the header:

2. It looks like your productPage was not uploaded in ASCII mode.
Re-upload the file and force it to upload in ASCII mode.

3. You need to convert all of your div stuff into tables so you can appropriately applythe background color and contain the product information.
