Post How do I get rid of the 800 x 600 browser horizontal scroll
Every time I have ever installed an Agora Cart there is a bottom screen scrollbar, not needed, not neccessary, and looks very unprofessional for the installing Webmaster :>(

How & where in the templates or scripts do I fix this installed problem ? I have looked for hours and cannot find why this is happening...

Post RE: How do I get rid of the horizontal scroll?
hi dave
got your email. thought i would answer you here for the benefit of others.

the default cart install uses the store header inc and footer for the storefront as well as (naturally) the store parsed pages.

if you look in the store header inc file:

store/html/html-templates

you will see the body table(s) width as 765. this sets up the overall page width (as you know). just adjust the width to fit your requirements.

after you customize the header and footer, index.html and other stuff this will go away anyways.

you can also (if needed ) define the parsed body tag to 0 margins through freeform logic. adjust any html files you use by hardcoding the body tag if necessary.

regards,
dan
