Post SBW module with static pages
Hi.

[Note: I'm using Agoracart 4.0K-4b Standard, SBW USPS set to "yes."]

How can SBW (Ship By Weight) be integrated with static pages?

For a more specific example, can I do something like the following:
name="item-00025|CottonRope6mm|0.00|6mm Black Cotton 1||2.60oz"

Full code looks like this:
<input type="TEXT" name="item-00025|CottonRope6mm|0.00|6mm Black Cotton 1||2.60oz" size="2" maxlength="2" value="0">

I haven't really found complete documentation on the SBW module.

Thanks,
~Ken

The SBW has to do with shipping and is handled by the cart... Kinda puzzled as to exactly what you are asking, here...
SBW just means "Ship By Weight"... SBW is connected directly with UPS & USPS via the settings in the Shipping Settings manager of the store.

As for your database line, you CANNOT use ounces. You must use pounds and fractions of a pound.
Using your 2.6 oz example, it would look like:
Code:
<input type="TEXT" name="item-00025|CottonRope6mm|0.00|6mm Black Cotton 1||.16" size="2" maxlength="2" value="0">

Weights really shouldn't go past 2 decimal points.

HTH!

In the example, Agoracart is treating the .16 as a monetary value instead of a weight value.

How do I get Agoracart to recognize the .16 as a weight value?

I found my mistake. The SBW option wasn't set to "yes" yet in the Agora Manager.

Now it looks like the values are being treated correctly.
