Post Activating Additional User Fields 
The "Features" page for Agoracart specifies there are more than the 4 User fields as shown on the Add or Edit Product Page in Deluxe Store Manager ver 4.0k-4b Standard as shown in the exact text below.

"5-20 configurable user fields for product/store configuration such as profit tracking, indicating specials and featured products, showing additional images, and more. Pro version has 10 fields with link to convert an existing agora.cgi or commerce.cgi database if old style database is detected."

How do I setup the program to show and use those fields?

I need a total of 10 user fields for product data entry and to show on the actual product information display pages.

the "extra" fields are not hidden. they just aren't there in 4.0k-b. the best way to expand your userfields is join the pro group and install the pro version of agoracart. it has 10 userfields.
the 20 fields has been put under wraps for now as it's not compatable with future upgrades of the pro version. the soon to be released pro version will (hopefully) be fully compatable with addons and hacks for releases down the road. continued distribution of the 20 userfields would add to the confusion of upgrading.
