no reset of default homepage?

Post no reset of default homepage? 
When i order a few products and don't finish the check out and let stay there the products.
Than i leave the shop and come back later with a fresh start than i still see the ordered products there ( not yet paid)

Strange: i thought that always i start to shop with a empy shoppingcart?

Q: how come that i don't get a empty shoppingcart?

No, there is a cookie that is left on your computer that has the cart id in it. As long as that cart id is in the shopping_carts directory, you will have the same cart when you return to the site for shopping.
It is actually kind of a convenience for the customer who may not want to complete the transaction at that time but come back later to do so.

O, that's a nice feature

Well the problem was ( or still is: i hope it is disappeared now) when i came back again on the shop the 4 buttons no showed up for ordering.

Therefore i thought what is going on here?
