Post getting manager file to work? 
hi, i've istalled the free agoracst but on etering the manage all I get is the copyright page and no options to interact - what's going wrong?

Are you able to get past the pop-up login?
If so, you then need to log in on the page.
Default user/pass is manager/admin.
Some webhost's set up the popup login and manager login all at the same time, at install.

Post getting into manager 
the user name and password are set up at install - i used them but still oly get the title page with the copyright and no ability to go further than that...

Did you try using the manager/admin login after the pop-up?
The .htaccess may have been set up when you did the install, but the actual manager login may be the default of manager/admin.

You can also go in via FTP, take a look in the 'protected/misc' directory....

Post still getting into manager! 
ok the user/pass are ok and checked em though protected/misc but still only puts me into a title page, with a few details of the copyright and only one link to the agora web site?
must buy you a beer after this....

Post reisntalled but.. 
STILL NO JOY after re installing, after user e name and pass I get the copyright page:

I looked into the manager.cgi file, theres a few lines above where it said "do not edit below this line", anything in there that can fix it?

grin. it's ok. at the bottom of my post are some small buttons. profile, pm, email, www, etc. click on the pm button and fillout the message then send and i'll respond as time allows.
