I have shopping cart at http://www.cormain.com.au/store/agora.cgi

It does calculate the shipping charge during check out process, but the check out process only gives sub total and grand total, doesn't give shipping cost.

E.g you buy something for $70, select a delivery option which is $5, it will show sub total of $70 and grand total of $75, but will not show shipping of $5, so customers don't know what is going on.

I didn't know this problem until I just realised today, after being questioned by a few customers, asking what is going on.

Anyone know where to find this piece of code?

There are settings that you have to turn on or off in the "Store Design - Misc Settings" in regards to the labels and such.

Just upgraded the cart a few days ago using upgrade modules, and a customer noticed, and I just tested and confirmed:

Fill in name address etc, click verify order.
Goods $100 + shipping $10 = grand total $110
Correct, submit order.

Thank you for shopping, etc etc.
Goods $100 + shipping $10 = grand total $0
?????????

It looks like you may have made several edits to the *-order_lib.pl file... One of those edits may have been the problem... You will need to restore default files back to the store and test the store. Then, apply your edits one by one, testing along the way, to find out where the error was made.
