Please do NOT include the cart_id= info when posting the URL to your store.

I have configured my store at http://eetraininginc.com/store52/agora.cgi?product=Contractor&xm=on.
This is set to show a particular category. I also have another link from my site the goes directly to another category. So it seems like two stores although it's one. Well the customer now says that he needs different terms of service for each store. The only way I can think to do this is to actually create a second store that has the EXACT same setup as the current so I can have 2 distinct terms of service. My question is:

1. Is there an easier way Sad

2. Can I make a duplicate copy fo the folder on my server? Seems like i tried to do this and had an issue trying to log in because the files are really pointing to the other store. hope this makes sense.

The store's URL is incorrect and is breaking the "2 dot rule"
The store URL must be:
http://www.eetraininginc.com/store52/agora.cgi

The www. at the beginning will satisfy the "2 dot rule".

Well, there's a couple ways to handle this.
1. Set up 2 different terms of service files and place in the 'html/pages' directory.
Then, create custom headers for the categories and hard code the link to the terms of service that is specific to the category using the following method:
http://www.eetraininginc.com/store52/agora.cgi?page=terms_of_service.html

2. Install a separate store to a different directory and transfer customized files to the new store.
Then customize further, as necessary.

HTH!

Post I'm so worried beyond hair repair
Scott thanks for your suggestions. Now that I conformed to the 2 dot rule, my store is broken. When I choose add to cart, I get an error and don't know how to correct it. Please help.
