Post Integrate Shopping Cart (Only) to Existing Website
I have recently been spending a lot of time online looking for a decent shopping cart I can integrate into my existing website. Needless to say, it's been a real education in that most everyone advertises and includes a storefront to be used along with their shopping cart. Fact is, all I'm really interested in are the scripts to integrate a decent shopping cart along with its basic features to set up my products from my own website without having to add a storefront. As I am new to AgoraCart, can someone please tell me where I might find sample sites or tutorials in using AgoraCart for those like myself who don't require the storefront or am I dreaming? Thank you ahead of time.

Agoracart works fine with buy-now buttons or other such things to add to your existing website.

You can place "add-to-cart" buttons on your existing pages.

You will still have to integrate your design into the checkout and view cart pages.

An example of a site that is using AgoraCart this way is www.1099fire.com

PS PLEASE NO TEST ORDERS, this is a live site.

purdue73,
Not utilizing the database features of a shopping cart is fine if you have a small amount of products.
If you have a lot of products, it is much easier to manage using the database as the shopping cart takes advantage of templating.

Anyway, you might want to read the following thread on using "add to cart" buttons:
