Super basic shipping logic - $5 no matter what

Post Super basic shipping logic - $5 no matter what 
I just want to make it so that it adds $5 shipping to every order, regardless of weight, quantity, etc. Tried looking at the examples already listed, but it looks like there's some multiplication involved in all of them, unless I'm totally misunderstanding it. I'm not a programmer type...

You can turn off all shipping options and just set the handling charge in the Shipping Settings manager to $5.00.

Post Slightly different need.... 
I'd like to to keep UPS shipping logic, but for USPS Priority all shipments can be $5.00. What's the logic for this need?

Something like this would work:
Code:

@sc_shipping_logic = ( "Priority||1-||5.00");
$shipping_price = &calculate_shipping($temp_total,
                  $total_quantity, $total_measured_quantity);


Disable the USPS in the Shipping Settings.
You may need to adjust the Priority Mail option in the order form to prevent the script from wanting to try and use the USPS API.
