No Upgrade path??

No Upgrade path??

My host just upgraded to cPanel X and with it comes a new Agora...my store remains intact but I can not manage the store from the same old agora interface as was there last week.

When I go into agora now it tells me that I have no upgradable modules...can this be true??

I have extensive edits to the code in my store and have no idea of how to move forward...wow no notice of the upgrade, no notice of the cpanel upgrade, no agora upgrade??? What level of service is this???

Do not access AgoraCart through the cpanel.
Your current store should be just fine, as these upgrades do NOT affect the currently installed store.
The upgrades would only be applied to a newly installed store done after the upgrade to your cpanel.

So, to access your manager through the browser, take your store URL and remove the "agora.cgi" from the end and replace with "protected/manager.cgi". You should now be able to access the manager.

Example:
If your store URL is like:
http://www.mydomain.com/store/agora.cgi

Then the manager will be at:
http://www.mydomain.com/store/protected/manager.cgi

Thanks so much...I guess I need to begin thinking about how to go about upgrading our store now. This forum seems like a great community to find support.

which version are you using? 4.0k-4b has been out for years. it is unlikely you have anything older. check you version. agoracgi 4.0k-4b spanned several version of cpanel.
