The actual UPS shipping that we are having to pay is about 40% higher than what is calculated and charged to the customer through the shopping cart. In talking to UPS they said that their rates are changing due to fuel surcharges, etc...does the programming for the UPS calculation through this shopping cart accomodate for these changes as they happen?? Why is there a difference from what the customer is charged and what you actually have to pay? Is there a way to fix this?
