Post Don't need to charge shipping 
I am installing Agora for the first time. We do not charge shipping, what we sell is not shippable.

All I need to charge is the item price. No shipping, it should not even come up. How do I remove shipping calculating script in the checkout process?

Turn off Custom Shipping Logic & SBW in the Shipping Settings Manager.
In the Store Layout area of the manager (v4.x) or the Store Design-Misc Settings (v5), you can erase the "Shipping" label.
