Post recurring billing 
does agora support recurring billing, monthly ect. using paypal if not can it be modified to do so

Recurring billing can only be handled by PayPalIPN, which is a Premier Pro Member gateway.
It would still require some editing of the gateway files, but those edits have been documented in the Pro Forum.
