Post Table Problems 
I need to create a table in the same style that this website uses:
http://www.auto-bodyparts.com/display.php?manufacturer=EAGLE&model=VISION&year=1994

Table with small black lines dividing each column.

What do I edit in productpage.inc to do this.

Well, accoring to the source code of that page, the table's background color is black (#000000). Then, each of the white <td> areas have a bgcolor=white attribute ( <td bgcolor="white"> ).

Post Change table width, border? 
I find it relatively easy to be able to set the table backgrounds to match the page backgrounds in the html files (index, about_us, etc.), but can't seem to find out how to make the tables in the product pages match the left column index table. I'd like to make the agora product table large enough to cover the table it goes into so that there is not a white border around it, and change the border style to match the other table on the page. If you take a look at coolumbia.net/cart product pages, you'll see how the table background leaves a white border around the generated table. Is there some table-size parameter somewhere that causes the generated table to fill the background table so that this border disappears?
