Apparently an upgrade had been done and everything in the shipping tables and taxes have been erased. At one time we spoke to Mr. Ed who had helped us with this, setting it up and configuring the shipping and taxes, and presently since our hosting provider had upgraded the Agora shopping cart, the process of adding up shipping charges and over night charges are not functioning as they should.
Can anyone here help my client: Damon at Safetymanual.com with this problem?
Maybe it is just entering the right numbers and settings, not certain. But, apparently that is where the problem is with this shipping.
