UPS shipping not changing based on weight or zipcode.
I've entered two different products, one at 1lb, and one at .25lb. The problem is that the ship by weight charge is identical for the two, even if they've selected two completely different zip codes. Is this a problem with the ups realtime api thing?

They both are a 1# package...
What is the URL to your store?

the url is: http://pigspit.com/agora/agora.cgi?product=Product
The first two items, pigspit original and pigspit fast detail are the ones I've been testing, but you should get the same results if any other ones are selected.
thanks

Ok, I split up the pigspit original into two items, a .25lb(4oz) and a .9lb(roughly 16oz) item. I submitted a separate test order for both of them, both with a chicago zip code. When I went to verify order they both showed the shipping charge at 6.81 even though the weights were different.

Anything 1# or less will be the same shipping charge...
The shipping charges will change once the package weight is over 1#.

Is that something AgoraCart does or is like that because of how the ups realitme api works?

That's how pretty much all of the shipping works...
Only USPS uses ounces...

So from what you've seen so far, it appears my shipping costs are getting calculated correctly? My client has a discounted shipping rate when he ships products depending on what zone he's shipping to, is there a way to factor that into the current SBW module?

Not sure... haven't heard of that being done...
But it would be need to use custom shipping logic after the SBW has run...
